Pilates on the Green is an online mat Pilates platform created to enhance your athletic lifestyle. The online studio was created by Nationally Certified Pilates Instructor (NCPT) and everyday athlete, Aileen, who is here to bring you ease and convenience to incorporate the Pilates method to your overall fitness regime. 


Whether you’re a golfer, a current or former college athlete, a runner, a professional athlete, or an everyday athlete who simply loves sports... the online studio was built just for you.


Our goal is to show you how to live an active lifestyle while also being realistic with a routine that you can see yourself doing for a lifetime, not just a couple of weeks out of the year.

What is included in a membership plan?

Your Club Membership will grant you access to a full library of Pilates workouts and variety of courses that you can do from home.


Our goal is to bring you ease and convenience to incorporate mindful Pilates into your athletic fitness regime.


You will always have a course to follow or a class to choose from based off of your specific goals.


More details:


  • Specific courses to follow or "hit the range" for a full library of classes.

  • New classes will be added to the existing courses weekly.

  • New courses will be added every couple of months.

  • Classes can range anywhere from 10 - 60 minutes.

  • Classes are offered for all levels - from beginner to advanced and everything in between.

  • Some workouts will use props and some are equipment free.

  • You can filter through the entire class library depending on what you're looking for

What if I've never practiced Pilates before?

Not a problem! We recommend you tee off on the Beginner 9 Hole Course built for Pilates newbies. Once you complete the course, you can progress to the Signature 18 Hole Course, or any course of your choosing.

How can golfers benefit from Pilates?

We are so glad you asked. There are so many golf performance benefits from practicing Pilates. Here are some of our favorites:


  • Attain an optimal backswing and follow-through with increased range of motion in your shoulders.

  • Get more distance and power because of added hip and torso flexibility.

  • Achieve a stronger and bigger hip turn for greater power through rotation.

  • Create a smoother and more powerful swing due to evenly conditioned back muscles.

  • Maximize your balance and alignment while rotating.

  • Decrease your fatigue because of less strain on the body.

  • Hold a body position long enough to play through a shot.

How many times a week should I be practicing Pilates?

It depends! Everyone is different. For your convenience, we have included 3 different Tee Box options for each course which will guide you on the pace per week.


We understand everyone has different fitness regimes & goals, so feel free to reach out to us if you'd like us to recommend a specific plan for you!

You don't! We welcome any body looking to move in a mindful approach to join our community and benefit from our classes.
